NESI’s Project Management team coordinated to Perform external and internal inspections and assessments of 4 transformer banks (Total of 10 transformers) to include oil testing. Created and provided a report of assessing each transformer’s condition and then proposed solutions to rehab the transformers. Supplied and installed all protective devices.

In addition replaced new gaskets on all devices installed and on all covers. Supplied and installed new transformer surge arrestors and numerous Qualitrol transformer monitoring gauges and devices. Disassembled and reassembled the transformers. Conducted oil processing and vacuum. Meticulous attention to detail, of numerous contractual submittal requirements, was achieved at the highest standard!
