Remove all existing gaskets and replace them with new gaskets for large power transformer that was in extremely bad state of repair. Processed approximately 30,000 gallons of oil. Performed test of Power Factor, TTR, DGA oil test, and polarity, ratio, and saturation tests on all CTs. Provided documentation of vacuum readings, oil temperature and fill pressure.
- Provided all required materials to include replacement new bladders for each reactor and 80 new replacement valve kits for each radiator valve. Provide state of the art equipment to perform service work on specified transformers/reactors. Provided all necessary equipment to perform services including hoses, vacuum hoses, connections, etc.
- Our Project Manager was on-site throughout the project. This project involved extensive coordination to provide all necessary experienced capable technicians, tools/test equipment, oil processing and oil storage equipment, oil containment, power supply, make up oil, and inert gas.
