9410 - Gavins Point Dam - US Army Corps. of Engineers - Nebraska

The scope of this project was to furnish all plant, labor, materials, and equipment and performing all work for turnkey replacement of 8 existing 115kV oil-fill circuit breakers with government furnished SF6 power circuit breakers, replacement of existing capacitor coupled potential devices, and replacing motor operators on 7 air break disconnect switch.


 

The work site is the 115kV high voltage switchyard located at Gavins Point Hydroelectric Dam. Removed Oil Circuit Breakers, oil, oil piping and associated cable, motor operators, etc…

Conducted required testing, start-up commissioning, and testing.
