This project involved the supply and installation of 145KV SF6 substation circuit breakers, 15KV vacuum circuit breakers, CVT’s, CT’s, power transformer, mounting pedestals which included switchyard expansion and other switchyard equipment.

Removal of old contaminated (PCB)(LEAD)/non-contaminated oil circuit breakers. A unique challenge was the installation of new equipment to interconnect with a system that had been in service for an extended period of time. The scope of work also included the development of hazardous waste plans and spill plans for the PCB/LEAD/oil removal work. Upgrade/replacement and tie-in into the existing control & cabling system was also performed.
