Extensive electrical substation work for DOE/WAPA consisting of site work, stripping, placing/compacting embankment, furnishing/installing gravel surfacing for the tap site and access road, placement and compaction of earth material and backfill, and dispose of excess material not suitable for construction. Furnished/installed chain link fence and seeded.

Constructed concrete foundations and anchor bolts for tap structures, electrical equipment and material. Furnished/installed galvanized bolted steel structures. Installed Government-furnished circuit switchers and disconnecting switches. In addition, furnished/installed high voltage bus, grounding system, conduit, insulated conductors and cable, and outdoor lighting units. Power cables from the 115kV circuit switchers to the station service building were provided/installed as well.

Constructed a site built service building complete with electrical and mechanical systems.
