Provided new 15 kV medium voltage switchgear Phase I/Phase II and associated circuit breakers. Built a new building to house this equipment. Provided new voltage regulators, concrete duct bank and 15 kV cables at substation. Provided electrical testing, start-up commissioning, and training.
